Healthy Appetites Authorized Distributor and Warranty Statement
Healthy Appetites is firmly committed to providing our customers with safe and reliable products through authorized dealers. Unfortunately, Healthy Appetites products are sometimes sold by companies that are not authorized to do so. Goods sold by these unauthorized companies may not always be purchased from Healthy Appetites. Due to the nature of the goods sold by unauthorized distributors and their business practices, products sold by unauthorized distributors are not entitled to Healthy Appetites warranty coverage. We are using our best efforts (including this warning) to prohibit these companies from taking advantage of consumers, but these practices still exist. We urge you to use diligence when selecting a dealer to make your purchase.
Our policy is to honor product warranties only on products purchased from Healthy Appetites, and only accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchase a Healthy Appetites product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your Healthy Appetites warranty will not be valid.
Shipping
Orders are shipped 2 or 3 Day Air or Ground, depending on your location. Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 2:00 pm EST will be sent out the same day. No weekend shipments are available and orders placed on the weekend will be mailed out on Monday. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgment. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or international addresses.
Refunds and Replacements
In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
Ordering Policy
Orders can be placed over the phone from 9 am to 2 pm ET Monday – Friday (except major holidays) or 24 hours / 7 days a week via www.healthyappetites.com. For security purposes, we do not accept order information via email. Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 2pm ET the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.

Healthy Appetites Natural Foods, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or cancel any and all promotional offers or ongoing sale pricing on products offered on our website or catalog at any time without notice to any consumer.

Free standard shipping requires a minimum merchandise total of the dollar amount stated in your email promotion after any discounts or sales taxes have been applied. Orders eligible for free standard shipping will ship via the carrier of our choice. Merchandise total excludes gift certificates, delivery insurance, charitable donations and non-applicable items. Expedited orders and orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States are subject to additional shipping fees.
MSRP
For our website and catalog, the MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) is understood to mean the price at which a manufacturer will recommend a retailer sell a product for in stores, online, or in catalogs.
